Support Details will generate a brief report with general information about your computer, which helps me ensure quality, rapid service for you. To send a report to me with your information, just enter your name and email, and my email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) into the green text box at the top, and click "Send Details."
This report will be attached to your appointment request (if one is made), and will aid me in preparing my tools and workshop to best suit your needs.
